Terrie is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Esquire Deposition Solutions, LLC. Her promotion to lead the organization comes after joining the company as Chief Operating Officer early 2015 with the goal of driving improved and consistent operating practices for the organization. As CEO, Terrie is committed to premium client care and the orchestration of all areas within the organization to achieve optimum effectiveness allowing true innovation within the court reporting and deposition services industry. Kevin Littlejohn is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Esquire. He joined the company in June 2013.
Mr. Littlejohn brings over twenty-five years of experience in driving strategic financial initiatives across a variety of private equity, venture capital and operating companies. In his capacity as CFO, Mr. Littlejohn is responsible for the overall fiscal control of the firm, including all accounting, financial analysis and reporting, cash management and tax compliance.
Mr. Littlejohn began his career as a certified public accountant with the financial services audit practice of Arthur Andersen and then spent seven as a partner of The Prospect Street Companies, a private equity firm specializing in leveraged loans and high yield debt. He later served as CFO of AIG International Asset Management, Inc. a multi-product hedge fund that managed a wide variety of domestic and international investment partnerships. Mr. Littlejohn also led the financial teams at Ascent Venture Partners and Polaris Venture Partners, two prominent venture capital firms in the Boston area. He served as Chief Financial Officer for Bankruptcy Management Solutions, a national provider of management services for the bankruptcy industry and was the CFO of Kamylon Capital, a private holding company for a prominent institutional investor.
Mr. Littlejohn received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Western New England University and his Masters in Taxation from Bentley University.
Mr. Ballowe joined Esquire in 2015 after spending two decades working in the field of information technology. Prior to joining Esquire, Mr. Ballowe successfully leveraged experience working with global technology pioneers Digital Equipment Corporation, HP & Lucent to start, build and sell two technology consulting firms. Currently, Mr. Ballowe holds the position of Chief Information Officer at Esquire where is responsible for enterprise architecture, infrastructure, information security, and product development. Mr. Ballowe holds B.A. degrees in Economics and English as well as an M.Ed. from Vanderbilt University.
Ms. Keith has over 22 years of sales and marketing experience in the litigation services industry. As Vice President of Marketing at WordWave/LegaLink she helped to build the company into the premium brand in the court reporting industry that lead to the successful acquisition of WordWave by Merrill Corporation. While at Merrill Corporation, Ms. Keith was Vice President of Sales Training and Development and trained Merrill’s 80+ sales representatives to successfully cross-sell a full range of litigation support services. Ms. Keith spent 3 years leading the marketing efforts at Veritext, assisting in growing that company into an industry leader in court reporting. Currently Ms. Keith holds the position of Chief Marketing Office at Esquire, in charge of marketing strategy and implementation. Ms. Keith holds a B.A. in Psychology from Colgate University.
Avi Stadler is General Counsel of Esquire Deposition Solutions, a national court-reporting company based in Atlanta, which he joined in May of 2014. He also serves as the Chief of Staff for the CEO.
Prior to joining Esquire, from 2010-14, Avi was counsel in the litigation department of Sutherland Asbill & Brennan where he represented the financial industry in federal and state court, arbitrations, investigations and regulatory actions brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the state of Georgia and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. He also litigated cases involving business disputes, professional liability, intellectual property, employment discrimination, and white collar crimes. From 2006 to 2008, he was a partner at the firm and from 2002-06 an associate.
In between tours of duty at Sutherland, he was the director of professional development at McKenna Long & Aldridge where he was responsible for firm-wide training initiatives and talent management and acted as chair of the firm’s associate compensation committee as well as counseled attorneys on their career development and goals.
A former adjunct professor at Georgia Tech, Stadler served as a law clerk for the Honorable Julie E. Carnes of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. He is currently on the board of directors for the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation.
Avi graduated as the First Honor Graduate from Emory University School of Law and was the Executive Notes and Comments Editor of the Emory Law Journal. Avi is a cum laude graduate of Duke University with a degree in public policy studies.
Michael Saltman is the President of Esquire Corporate Solutions (ECS), a division of Esquire Deposition Services and the industry’s leading provider of corporate litigation support services. He has held this position since 2008.
Mr. Saltman has more than 20 years of experience in growing and leading businesses in the litigation management arena, with specific expertise in litigation management, deposition services, insurance claims and law department operations.
Prior to managing Esquire’s rapid growth, Mr. Saltman was Business Development Executive for Barraso Consulting, before its acquisition by Deloitte in 2008, and as Strategic Accounts Director for CT TyMetrix, where he co-led the insurance practice.
Mr. Saltman holds a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Slippery Rock University in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania.
