Andrew Whelan is Chief Executive Officer of Esquire Deposition Solutions. Since joining Esquire in 2025, he has played a key role in advancing the company’s strategic priorities and strengthening its core operations. As CEO, Andrew leads the company’s overall vision, growth strategy, and commitment to delivering innovative solutions for clients.

With more than 20 years in legal services, Andrew brings deep expertise in helping law firms and corporate legal departments optimize litigation, compliance, and due diligence workflows. He has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving innovative, technology-enabled solutions that deliver exceptional client experiences.

Before joining Esquire, Andrew served as Chief Product Officer at CT Corporation (a Wolters Kluwer business) where his teams earned multiple industry accolades, including the CODiE Award, a Gold Globee, and the Association for Corporate Growth’s Deal Partner of the Year.

A champion for responsible AI, Andrew serves on the Advisory Board for the Strategic Artificial Intelligence Program at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. He holds an MBA (summa cum laude) from the University of Colorado at Denver and a Public Relations degree (magna cum laude) from Colorado State University.
