Who do I contact to schedule a deposition?
For new proceedings you would like to schedule on or after
February 1, 2025, you can utilize our online deposition management tool, EsquireConnect (www.esquireconnect.com), or WPBScheduling@esquiresolutions.com or call (561) 832-7500 where our team members are standing by to assist you.
You can also modify or cancel existing proceedings scheduled to take place on or after February 1, 2025, in EsquireConnect. However, same-day or next-day proceedings in a confirmed status may not be canceled in EsquireConnect. To cancel same-day or next-day proceedings, call (561) 832-7500.

How will I receive my transcript and exhibit files?
Proceedings that took place prior to February 1, 2025, will be archived on Esquire’s systems and can be retrieved upon request by contacting WPBClientCare@esquiresolutions.com.
Proceedings that take place on or after February 1, 2025, will be handled within Esquire’s systems. Your files and information will be available on Esquire’s online portal, EsquireConnect (www.esquireconnect.com). EsquireConnect is your personalized portal to manage the entire deposition process.
