Managing deposition content becomes even easier with industry’s first integration of video into a single client deposition repository

Easy-to-use deposition management portal, EsquireConnect, integrates video with transcripts and exhibits providing one single place to manage all deposition records.

Atlanta, GA, April 4, 2017 – Esquire Deposition Solutions, LLC (esquiresolutions.com), the nation’s leading provider of court reporting, video, and interpreting services, is pleased to announce that video files are now integrated into the EsquireConnect repository. Clients have one single and secure place to manage and access all aspects of their deposition, including all deposition content (video, transcripts, and exhibits), scheduling, calendar management, and invoice management.

The rate of depositions being recorded on video is growing. Our clients have found that video depositions can be more compelling than the words on a transcript alone.

“I need immediate access to my video files when I’m ready to import them into my litigation support software,” states Gregory Skogg, senior paralegal at Winston & Strawn in Chicago. “The integration of video into EsquireConnect enables me to have my video files quickly available, even a year or more from the deposition date.”

This new video integration:

  • eliminates the need for multiple repositories
  • updates case and firm repositories automatically
  • allows clients to create their own notification lists

“This enhancement is a direct result of client feedback,” stated Brenda Keith, Esquire’s Chief Marketing Officer. “Our clients don’t want to rely on physical discs because of the risk of loss and lack of search integration, and they don’t want to use multiple repositories to access their deposition content because it impacts productivity. In some ways, accessing, managing, and sharing the deposition output is just as valuable to our clients as the deposition itself.”

EsquireConnect continues to provide the functionality clients expect for transcripts and exhibits and now includes video files and synchronization files for such programs as TrialDirector, Sanction, Summation, LiveNote, Case Notebook, and TextMap.
