Introducing Exhibits

• The exhibit presenter can now close the current open exhibit while opening the next exhibit
• A non-presenter cannot introduce an exhibit while the presenter still has the current exhibit open
• An attendee can be assigned the Witness role by the host or co-host while on the record, eliminating a possible interruption
• Attendees may now personalize their camera and microphone session preferences before entering the deposition room
  • Attendees who receive the eLitigate meeting link and register can enter directly into the proceeding’s pre-call room, to participate or upload exhibits
  • New accounts can now be verified after the proceeding has ended
  • Deposition attendees who do not introduce exhibits can enter as a guest, without registering
