Registration

  • Attorneys who register for a personal eLitigate account just before a deposition sometimes experience difficulty verifying their account
  • Today’s new feature enables users to receive a meeting link, register, and enter directly into the proceeding’s pre-call room, to participate or upload exhibits
  • Verification emails are still sent to the user, but can now be verified after the proceeding has ended
  • Deposition attendees who do not introduce exhibits can continue to enter as a guest
