New EsquireConnect Features Online Invoice Review and Payment … and Integrates Calendars with Microsoft® Outlook

NEW YORK (July 26, 2010) – Esquire Solutions today announced new capabilities for its one-of-a-kind online deposition management system, EsquireConnect (www.esquireconnect.net). The program extends its well-known deposition scheduling functionality by enabling clients to manage invoice review and payment online – and integrate tedious deposition calendars with Microsoft Outlook.

“We recognize the evolving, complex needs of the litigation industry,” says Leslie Blair, executive vice president of marketing for Esquire Solutions. “The new functionalities drastically reduce the time spent on the administrative aspects of the deposition management process.”

During the scheduling process, the new Outlook Calendar synchronization tool allows consistent up-to-date agenda setting, enabling users to instantly sync deposition scheduling, postponement or cancellation. Once a deposition is completed, the new invoice management feature allows billing managers to review and pay invoices online for an individual litigator or the entire firm.
